Bruno Lener
Electronic engineer. Manager at Telecom, Tin.it, Netscalibur, Intralot Italia with technical and business skills.
He was contract professor in “Information Systems” at the University of Perugia. Since 2015, first ICT Director, then Senior Advisor in the Project Finance & Energy Department of Banca del Fucino, he followed the start-up of Fucino Green and E-Way Finance, of which he is also a Board Member.
Alessandro Alestra
Working in the Renewables sector since 2018, he is involved in financial advisory, economic-financial modelling, project financing and business development.
Renato Rossi
Senior Financial Analyst with over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking where he has developed significant experience in structuring & supporting Project Financing, M&A and Debt Restructuring transactions, mainly in the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate Sectors.
Giammarco Marcelli
Graduated in Economics, he is Financial Advisor in the Project Finance & Energy Department of Banca del Fucino. He supports Fucino Green and its partner companies in the structuring of corporate and project financing transactions through the creation/assessment of business and financial plans. He supervises the evaluation, corporate and credit analysis phases, with forward looking logic.
Leonardo Checola
Engineering graduate. Senior Financial Analyst with 30 years of experience in technical, economic and financial assessments of private initiative projects and public interest infrastructure initiatives, as well as in procedural and economic-financial assistance in Public Private Partnership operations.
Sara Di Mario
Entrepreneur and Executive with over 15 years of experience in energy. First at Engie Italia and AT Kearney, she is then COO of EF Solare Italia, a F2i fund, where she manages 1000MW of photovoltaic assets on 300 sites in Italy for €4Bn in value and €350Mn in revenues.
At Green Arrow Capital Sgr she manages 400MW of photovoltaic, wind, biogas, and hydroelectric assets worth €1.6Bn. Since 2021 with Hazel New Energy, she provides technical advisory and engineering services for the energy transition.
Marco Sambati
He started his career at ESSO Italia, then worked at Mediocredito Centrale, Europrogetti & Finanza and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in the subsidised finance sector.
He currently directs GR.A.N.D. (Green Academy for the New Deal), which explains the European Commission's strategies on topics such as sustainability, climate change, energy, economic and social crisis.

Administrative controller of a public holding company and manager of the Generali Group, then legal manager of an aviation civil defence company.
DG of an Italian healthcare company, now in Fucino Green coordinates management control and legal-administrative affairs.
Antonio Imburgia
Chartered Accountant and Auditor, expert in tax planning, tax litigation, corporate and administrative compliance, preparation of financial statements and extraordinary corporate transactions. AFC multiutilities manager in the national water sector and business consultant for obtaining funding for investment projects, preparation of industrial and financial business plans, reporting, budgeting and monitoring
Emmanuele Carboni
He handled international relations for Dalmine and Italstrade in Milan; then in Brussels, Tokyo and Rome for the IRI Group, TIM and Sparkle.
At Fucino Green, he follows special projects, takes care of institutional communication aspects and sector analyses to support business and strategies.
